What's Included in Your PPM Contract

Remote Support:Year-round telephone access to our technical helpdesk. We can remotely adjust fan speeds, diagnose faults, and provide immediate support without a site visit.

Quarterly Energy Reports:Performance data showing your actual kWh savings, cost reductions, and carbon impact throughout the year.

Annual Service Visit:Comprehensive on-site maintenance to keep your system running at peak efficiency.

What Happens During the Annual Service

Our engineers perform a full system check to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance:

✓ Clean and calibrate temperature sensors

✓ Clean optical sensor lenses and check for moisture ingress

✓ Re-calibrate sensor alignment and test signal strength

✓ Download system settings and verify against original installation values

✓ Check all units for correct operation

✓ Verify temperature spans, ramp times, and dwell settings

✓ Check network components and re-bind as needed

✓ Test data logger and remote access systems

✓ Verify all hood settings

✓ Inspect cables and connectors (where accessible)

✓ Service VFD including cooling fan inspection

✓ Complete post-service report
